Every Fashion Week Experience and Educational Workshop is built around exceptional education, professionalism and meaningful professional opportunities. These Booking Information & Terms explain how our Fashion Week Experiences and Educational Workshops operate, what you can expect from us, and what we'll ask of you in return.

GOOD TO KNOW
Fashion Week Experiences and Educational Workshops are dynamic. Designers, educators, venues, schedules, workshop content and backstage opportunities may change with little notice. Flexibility is part of the adventure—and we'll always work to deliver an equivalent or better educational experience.

1. Booking Your Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by AHA in writing. Until payment is received, availability cannot be guaranteed.

2. Payments
Payment schedules are published for each Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop. Outstanding balances must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. What's Included
Your Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop includes only the services specifically listed in the published itinerary, programme or booking information.

4. What's Not Included
Unless specifically stated, domestic and international flights, visas, passports, travel insurance, personal expenses and optional activities are not included.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 30 days before the programme start date: refund less non-recoverable third-party costs already committed on your behalf, or transfer to another AHA Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop within 24 months.

15–30 days before the programme start date: 50% refund or transfer (subject to availability).

Less than 15 days before the programme start date: payments are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures from a Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop are non-refundable.

6. Transfers
Bookings may be transferred to another published AHA Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop, subject to AHA approval and availability.

7. Fashion Week & Educational Workshop Schedule Changes
Fashion Week schedules are controlled by designers, PR agencies and organisers, while Educational Workshop schedules may be affected by educators, venues, brand partners and other suppliers. Venues, timings, backstage access, participating designers, educators, workshop content and programme details may change without notice. AHA may amend itineraries or programmes where necessary while seeking to provide an equivalent or enhanced educational experience.

8. Passports, Visas & Travel
Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and all required travel documentation.

TRAVEL TIP
For Fashion Week Experiences, we recommend arriving at least one day before your programme begins. For Educational Workshops, please allow sufficient travel time to arrive comfortably before the published start time.

9. Travel Insurance
For participants travelling to attend a Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Health & Accessibility
Please advise AHA before your Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop begins of any medical conditions, allergies or accessibility requirements that may affect your participation.

11. Photography & Media
Unless you notify us in writing before departure, you consent to the use of photographs and video captured during a Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop for AHA marketing and educational purposes.

12. Code of Conduct
AHA is built on professionalism, respect, inclusion and teamwork. Participants whose behaviour compromises the safety, reputation or enjoyment of the group may be removed without refund.

AHA STANDARD
Every delegate represents both themselves and Aubrey's Hair Adventures, whether backstage at Fashion Week or participating in an Educational Workshop. Kindness, professionalism and teamwork are at the heart of every AHA programme.

13. Privacy
Personal information is used only to administer your booking, communicate with you and deliver your Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop.

14. Liability
AHA acts as organiser of its Fashion Week Experiences and Educational Workshops and works with independent airlines, hotels, transport providers, venues, educators, brands and other suppliers. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to deliver each Fashion Week Experience or Educational Workshop as advertised, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Force Majeure
AHA shall not be liable for delays, alterations or cancellations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government action, civil unrest or other unforeseen events.

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Aubrey's Hair Adventures' principal place of business. This clause can be updated once the California registration process is complete.
